Tunable EMI Shielding

Meet your performance requirements
Our conductive nonwovens have been proven to provide a high level of shielding to electromagnetic interference from 100MHz up to and beyond 40GHz. Integrated at the surface of the composite these materials are easy to handle, conformable and resistant to flex fatigue, they form part of the composite structure without additional steps so unlike many other EMI options, do not need to be applied after manufacturing, saving time and cost. The level of EMI shielding can be tuned to meet application requirements by selecting the fibre type, metal coating and areal weight used.
