Propellor Blades

Our aramid nonwovens can be used on the leading edge of blades to improve wear resistance and longevity.

eVTOL and Drone parts

Established as an industry standard in aerospace, our carrier are equally suitable for AAM applications in the fabrication of eVTOL, aircraft and drones.

Battery Boxes

Our conductive nonwovens provide a tunable, easy to integrate solution to the issue of EMI shielding in battery boxes which could interfer with eVTOL operation, comprising security and control.

Battery Boxes

The use of Tecnofire can minimise fire spread and protect eVTOL batteries from fire occurring elsewhere, ultimately enabling safe passenger egress.

Aerostructures

The integrity and durability of aerocomposites can be improved by the addition of our thermoplastic veils, reducing crack formation and propagation when the component is under pressure.

Interior Finish

Used to demonstrate environmental responsibility in the interior components of eVTOL aircraft as well as delivering a high quality surface finish.

Improving the manufacture and quality of AAM composite parts via resin infusion techniques, simultaneously enhancing resin wet out and surface finish.

Interior and Exterior Components

Our surfacing veils provide a high quality resin rich surface finish to both interior and exterior composite eVTOL and drone components with a minimum weight addition. Incorporated as a surfacing layer in a composite part, or as part of a surfacing film, the veils minimise the problem of print through, pin holes and voids and reduce the amount of further processing required.
