James Cropper Advanced Materials has joined the North West Aerospace Alliance (NWAA), strengthening its engagement as part of one of the UK's most important aerospace manufacturing regions.

The UK’s North West is home to a globally recognised aerospace cluster, bringing together OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, specialist manufacturers, research organisations and technology innovators from across the aerospace supply chain. Through collaboration, innovation and supply chain development, the NWAA supports the continued growth and competitiveness of the sector.

For James Cropper Advanced Materials, membership reflects both its longstanding involvement within aerospace and its commitment to supporting the industry’s future development.

Supporting Aerospace Performance Through Advanced Nonwoven Technology

For more than 35 years, James Cropper Advanced Materials has supplied advanced nonwoven materials into aerospace applications. Today, its materials are currently in service on the majority of commercial aircraft operating worldwide.

Manufactured to AS9100 aerospace quality standards, the company’s materials support applications across aerostructures, aircraft interiors, avionics and engine systems. In addition, its technologies are used to improve composite durability, support efficient manufacture and provide functionality ranging from corrosion resistance and fire protection to EMI shielding.
